Genpact

We are located at 10-1-20-1, in Flat 503 of the Bin Trif Apartment. It’s right next to the Golconda Hotel in the Masab Tank area of Hyderabad. Being in an apartment building means it’s a bit different from a typical corporate office, but it works for what we do at Genpact. We are on the 5th floor, so we get a bit of a breeze sometimes if we open the windows. The space is filled with computers and the sound of people talking on phones. It’s not a very big flat, so it can get quite warm when everyone is in at the same time. We have a small area for files and a tiny corner where we keep the water cooler. The hallway is usually quiet, but you can hear the traffic from the main road near the Golconda Hotel. We’ve been in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a good while now. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive rugs. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs every day. Some of the desks are a bit wobbly, and we’ve had to fix the door handle a couple of times. It feels like a real place where work happens, not some polished showroom. We just keep our heads down and get on with the business here in Flat 503. It's a straightforward setup for the team here. We make do with what we have and keep working.
