Gemstech is located at 20 4 233/5/1 / 9 in Khilwath, which is right near the Do Khaber area in Hyderabad. This is a very old part of the city, near the Charminar and all that history. The streets are narrow and always full of people, bikes, and the sound of life. Our office is a small space where we deal with various technical things. It’s not a polished tech hub like you might see in Hi-Tech City. We have tools lying around, some parts on the shelves, and a few workbenches where we get things done. It gets pretty loud outside, especially during the festivals or market days, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We mostly focus on fixing things and helping people with their equipment. It’s a hands-on kind of job. The people who come to us are usually locals from the Khilwath area or from across the Old City. We don't have a website with fancy graphics; we just have our shop and our tools. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if someone really needs it. It’s a busy life, and there is always something to be repaired or looked at. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes, one day at a time, in this old, crowded part of town. It’s just the way we like to operate, being close to the people we help.
