We are located on the second floor of Santosh Plaza, which is right in the Santoshnagar area of Hyderabad. The office is officially under Neha Bhargav Sodai, who is the daughter of A.K Sharma, at house number 202. It is a very busy building and you will always see people coming and going on the stairs. Santoshnagar is one of those places where there is always something happening, so you can always hear the traffic and the shops from our windows. Our space on the second floor is where all the actual servicing work happens. It is not a huge office, but we have enough room for everyone to have their own desk. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations, just the files and equipment we need to do our jobs. Most of us have been working together here for a while, so we have a good routine down. We start early and usually stay until the day's work is all finished. It involves a lot of typing and talking to people on the phone, but it is what we do. The 500-prefix pincode is common for this part of Hyd, and we feel like we belong in this neighborhood. It is a very practical place to work. We just focus on our daily duties and try to stay organized. There is no extra fluff or corporate stuff here, just people working hard in a busy part of town.
