Fusion Hospitality is located over in Ayyanthole, right in Harisree Nagar. If you know Thrissur, you know it’s a place that moves at its own pace. Our office is at Panthavoor, near Thrikkumaramkudam. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, though it gets lively during festival seasons. We’ve been operating from this Kerala spot for a while now. Dealing with hospitality means there is always something to do, even if it’s just sorting out schedules or talking to vendors. The office isn't very big, but it fits all of us. We have a lot of plants outside because the weather here is so green anyway. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when it rains heavily, which happens a lot in this part of the country. We don't have a big corporate feel here; it's mostly just a bunch of us who grew up nearby. We share our lunches and talk about local news while we work. It's a practical way to run a business. We handle the hospitality side of things for various projects. It takes a lot of coordination and patience, especially when things don’t go exactly as planned. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything running smooth. It’s a good place to work, and being in Thrissur makes it feel a lot more personal than being in a big city. We just keep at it.
