Front Office Supervisor

You can find us at Flat No. A3 in Rukmini Apartment. We are situated right opposite Madina School on Street 18 in Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. Our zip code is 500029. This is where we handle front office work. It is an apartment building, so the office feels a lot like a home. We have a small waiting area and some desks set up in the main rooms. Because we are across from the school, it gets quite lively when the kids are arriving or leaving. You can hear the bells and the kids shouting from our windows. Himayat Nagar is a very central part of Hyderabad, so there is always something happening outside. We don't have a big corporate sign out front. You just look for Rukmini Apartment and come to Flat A3. We do a lot of administrative stuff, answering phones and keeping track of schedules. It’s not a very big space, so we have to stay organized. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat together in the small kitchen area. There is a nice tea shop just a few doors down where we go when we need a break. We’ve been here for a while and know the local shopkeepers and the security guard for the building. It’s a simple, everyday kind of job. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just do the work.
