Front Office Executive

Our little office is situated at H No 8-2-269/19/514/A/5 on Indira Nagar Road No 2, right in the middle of Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. This is a busy part of the city, and being a Front Office Executive setup, we see a lot of foot traffic and visitors throughout the day. It’s a typical Hyderabad street, always something going on outside with the shops and the cars. The office itself is set up to handle inquiries and manage the day-to-day admin tasks that keep a business moving forward. We sit behind the desk, handle the mail, answer the landline, and greet whoever walks through the door with a nod. It’s a lot of "hello" and "how can I help you" from morning until evening. The space isn't huge, but we keep it tidy and have some chairs for people to wait if we are busy with another call. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just how it is here in this area. We aren't part of some massive corporate tower; it’s a more grounded, local feel in the hills. People in the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to ask for directions or to drop off some papers for the boss. We focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the messages get to the right people. It’s steady work in a fast-paced part of Hyderabad.
