Front Office Executive And Cashier

We operate out of H-No:Lig-123 in the Bhel area of Ramachandra Puram, Hyderabad. It is a simple setup where we handle the front desk duties and the money coming in. It is mostly a one or two-person job at any given time. The office is part of a regular housing area, so it’s very quiet compared to the main roads. We have a desk with a computer and a drawer for the cash. Most of the day is spent waiting for people to come in and pay their bills or ask questions about the services. It is not a high-pressure environment. We have a small window where we talk to people. Sometimes we have to go out and check something in the back, but usually, we are just right there at the desk. The furniture is a bit old, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We keep a ledger to write everything down by hand sometimes, just to be safe. People from the Bhel township come by often. It’s a familiar routine every day. We open up early and stay until the evening. There isn't any fancy corporate talk here. We just greet the people, take the payments, and give them their receipts. It is a very practical, straightforward way to run things for everyone around here.
