Front Office Assistant

You can find us on the 4th floor of the Chandralok Complex. It is right there at Paradise Circle in Secunderabad, which is a very well-known landmark. Being in the Paradise area means it is always busy and there is a lot of noise from the traffic outside. The complex itself is quite tall and the lift can be a bit slow or crowded during the lunch hours. We are usually here from the early morning until the evening. The office is basically just a few desks and some chairs for when people visit. From the window, you can see the cars and buses piled up at the junction below. It is loud, but you eventually get used to the sounds of the city after a few weeks. Sometimes the power goes out in the building and we have to wait for the backup generator to kick in. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some cups for making coffee. The flooring is that old tile style that is easy to keep clean but looks a bit dated now. Working as a Front Office Assistant here involves dealing with a lot of people walking in and out all day. It is a practical spot for an office because it is so central to everything in Secunderabad. We do not have much on the walls, just a calendar and some notes. It is a standard work environment without any unnecessary decorations. (251 words)
