Front Office Assistant

This is a small setup at H.No 10-5-307 in Northlalaguda. It’s near the Thukaram Gate in Secunderabad. The house is called Kiranmai. We handle front office tasks from here. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a big corporate building or a bunch of managers. It’s just a few of us working out of this house. The street is quite narrow and can get crowded when the trains are nearby at the gate. We spend our time answering calls and managing the daily logs. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on. We’ve been at this 500017 address for a long time. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived here for years. We keep the front area tidy so it looks decent when people drop by. It’s not a flashy job. We just make sure everything is recorded properly. Sometimes we have to run out to the market to get supplies or stamps. The house has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the rain. We just fix it and keep going. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't need a lot of space, just enough for our desks and the files. Most days are pretty quiet until the phone starts ringing. We just take it one task at a time. It is a simple life and we like the familiarity of the Northlalaguda neighborhood.
