Front Office Assistant

We are located over in Bhanjanagar, which is in the Ganjam district of Orissa. Our spot is on Hatibandha Streeet, right near the petrol pump. You can’t miss it if you’re filling up your tank. We share the space with Mr. B. Ch. Panigrahy. It’s a straightforward setup. As a Front Office Assistant, there’s always paperwork to sort and people to greet. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a room with some chairs and a big wooden desk that’s seen better days. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or a coffee machine that does lattes. We usually just make some tea on a small stove in the back. The street outside is quite busy with people heading into the center of town. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we have to wipe down the files pretty often. Being in a small town like Bhanjanagar means you know most of the people who walk through the door. We don’t really have a big corporate philosophy. We just try to stay organized and help out whoever comes in with a question. The petrol pump nearby is a good landmark for people who aren't from this part of Ganjam. It’s a honest, small-town way of doing things. We like the pace here, even when it gets a bit hectic. We just keep our heads down and get the day's tasks finished.
