Our training center is over in Secunderabad, tucked away at Mr. Narendra Singh’s place. It is a bit different from the big glass buildings you might expect. We have classrooms set up where young people come to learn about the airline industry. Every morning you see students arriving, looking all neat and tidy, hoping to get a job on a plane one day. It is a lot of practice and talking. We spend our time going over the basics of how to handle passengers and stay calm. The building is just a regular spot in the city. Secunderabad can be quite noisy with all the traffic, but inside we try to keep things focused. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles. It is just chairs, some desks, and people trying to improve themselves. The staff here are mostly just regular people who know a thing or two about the business. We drink our coffee in the small break area and talk about the day’s lessons. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but they keep the heat away. It is a practical environment for learning. We do not promise anyone the world, we just show them how the work is actually done. Students come from all over this part of Andhra Pradesh to attend the classes. It is a busy house, always full of energy and people moving around. We just keep things running smoothly so everyone can get through their training without much trouble.
