Flexpoint Bpo Solutions is situated over in the SBH Colony area, quite close to Jamai Osmania. Our office is at Plot No 16. It is a bit of a distance from the main Secunderabad hubs, but it works for us. Inside, we have a bunch of desks and people wearing headsets for most of their shift. It gets quite noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time, but that is just the way an office like this operates. We have been in this particular building for a long time now. The neighborhood is mostly houses and quiet streets around us. Sometimes we take a walk for tea near the station when things get slow. The work keeps us on our toes though. It is not a massive place, just a standard office setup with chairs that sometimes squeak. We try to keep the air conditioning going because it gets very warm in the afternoons.
