Fitness Instructor & Professional Personal Trainer. is what I go by. My place is at 6-2-110/2 in R.H. Enclave. I am up on the 3rd floor in room 201. Being in New Bhoiguda, Secunderabad-500003, is great because it is a lively part of Andhra Pradesh. This isn't one of those massive, shiny gyms you see in movies. It is a more personal space in an enclave. I have been working as a trainer for a while, and this floor is where all the sweat happens. It is not always perfectly organized, and there might be some gear lying around, but it is a real place for real work. I do not have a big corporate team behind me. It is just me and the people I train. The 3rd floor can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but that is just part of the workout, right? New Bhoiguda has a lot of energy, and I try to bring that into my sessions. I do not use any fancy promotional talk. I just show up and help people move better. The address at R.H. Enclave is where I spend most of my day. It is a simple, practical setup for someone who just wants to get fit. Nothing fancy, just hard work and a bit of discipline.
