Fairair Travel & Tours is our agency located in C5,C6 Cellar Srinivasa Plaza Rethibowli Hyderabad 500028 A.P India. Being in the cellar means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice during the hot Hyderabad summers. Rethibowli is a crowded spot, and Srinivasa Plaza is right in the middle of all the noise. We spend most of our time booking flights and organizing tours for people who want to go abroad. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking websites for the rates available. We don't have a big front window, so people have to know we are here in the cellar to find us. We’ve been at this spot for several years now. The office is simple, with just enough room for our desks and a few chairs for customers to sit while they wait. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the travel business well. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize to the people waiting for their tickets. We try to be honest about what we can and can’t do. Travel can be complicated with all the rules changing, so we spend a lot of time reading updates. It’s a regular job for us, and we like being part of the Rethibowli neighborhood. We see many regulars coming back year after year for their holiday trips. It is a good place to work.
