Event

Our place is located at H.No 13-147/2 here in Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a tricky address to find if you’re not from the area, but once you get used to the turns, it's fine. We call ourselves Event. We work on various things related to organizing stuff. It’s mostly just us in a small room making phone calls and checking lists. Hyderabad is a busy city, and there's always something going on outside our door. Sometimes the noise from the street gets inside, but we don't mind much. It feels alive. We started this because we wanted something to do that involved a bit of planning. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us trying to make things happen. We use a lot of paper and have some old desks that have seen better days. The lighting isn't perfect, but it works for what we need. We drink a lot of tea while we work. If you walk by, you might see us peering at our screens or arguing over a schedule. It’s a messy process sometimes. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Just a regular house number in a regular neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It’s home for us during the day. We just try to get the jobs done and go home. We like the local food stalls nearby. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when it rains heavily.
