This is the clinic located at H.No.37-93/162/1/1 in Madhuranagar. We are right on Road No.4 in Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. It’s a medical space where people come when they aren't feeling their best or just need a check-up. The clinic isn't like those giant hospitals; it’s more of a local place where we know the people who walk in. Dr. Rao has been seeing patients here and we try to keep things running as smoothly as possible, though the waiting room can get a bit crowded on Monday mornings. We have our files and our medical equipment, and we just focus on the person sitting in front of us. There’s no fancy lobby or coffee bar here. It’s just a plain room with some chairs and the sounds of the street outside. We handle the appointments and make sure the records are updated. Sometimes the wait is a bit long if a case is complicated, but that’s just how medicine goes in a small clinic. We don't use a lot of medical jargon if we can help it. We just explain things simply so everyone understands what’s happening with their health. Being in the Sainikpuri area for so long, we’ve seen a lot of families grow up. It’s just a local clinic doing its part in the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just open the doors and help whoever comes in looking for some medical advice or some treatment.
