Domestic And International Ticketing Executive

I work as a domestic and international ticketing executive here in Hyderabad. My office is basically out of house number 5-7-214/C in Sri Ram Nagar Colony. It is part of the B.N. Reddy Nagar area. It is a nice spot because it feels like a regular neighborhood, not a loud commercial district. I spend my day on the phone or on the booking systems. People come by the house or call me up when they need to go somewhere. Some want to fly to Delhi and others are looking for flights to places far away across the ocean. I have to look at a lot of schedules and prices to find what works for them. It is a lot of sitting and typing. M.V. Sai Prasanna is the name on the records. The room where I work has a big desk and a couple of chairs for people to sit while I search for their tickets. Hyderabad is always growing and people are always traveling for work or to see family. I stay busy most of the time. Sometimes the systems are slow and it takes forever to confirm a seat. I just tell people to be patient. I have lived in this colony for a while now so I know many of the neighbors. They just drop in when they are planning a trip. It is a steady job and I like being able to work so close to home.
