We’ve been operating from this specific location for quite some time now. It’s certainly not a quiet place, but that’s what makes it interesting to work here. You see everyone from tired office workers to loud students passing by all day. We focus on getting the food out and making sure the kitchen is running right. It’s a fast-paced environment and we stay on our feet. We don't really have any time for corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just come in, put on our aprons, and start the day.
