Our office is up on the third floor of the Harmony Height building. It’s located in Chanchal Guda, which is part of the Malakpet area. It’s a pretty lively neighborhood with a lot going on all the time. We’ve been in room 302 for a while now. The building is easy enough to spot once you get onto the main road. We do a lot of different things here, mostly coordination and making sure things get where they need to go. It’s not a very big office, but we make it work for us. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We usually have a few people working at the desks, keeping track of everything. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just focus on the service we provide to the people who need it. Most of our day is spent on the phone or at the computer. Malakpet is a good place to be based because it’s central to a lot of our contacts. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the folks in the other offices. It feels like a community. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just what we need to stay organized. If you’re in the area, you’ll probably see us heading out for tea in the afternoon. It’s a decent place to work, and we just try to do right by everyone. We don't use big words or make things harder than they have to be. We just stay busy.
