Diana Hotels Ltd (Hotel Green Park)

This office is actually located in a flat, No. 202, in Sai Krupa Nivas over in Ramanthapur. It’s right opposite the Keniya Apartments in Gokhalenagar. It might seem a bit unusual to run a hotel company like Diana Hotels Ltd from a flat, but this is where we handle the back-office stuff for Hotel Green Park. We spend our days here dealing with the administrative side of things, like the bookings, the accounts, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the actual hotel running. Ramanthapur is a busy part of Hyderabad, and being in a residential-style building keeps things a bit more grounded. We don’t have a big lobby or a kitchen here; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of ledgers. It gets a bit crowded when we have all the files out, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the staff at the hotel or talking to suppliers about what we need for the next week. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We aren't out there greeting guests in uniforms; we are the ones making sure the uniforms are ordered and the taxes are paid. It’s just a practical, local office where the real work happens so the hotel can stay open. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks as they come.
