We are based out of Sultanpura, specifically at 22-1-52/A in the Noor Khan Bazaar area. It’s a very old and lively part of Hyderabad. The streets are narrow and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been operating from here for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by maps and old files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. It isn't a shiny new office with glass walls; it’s a lived-in space with character. We know a lot of the neighbors around here. Sometimes they stop in just to say hello or ask a quick question about a trip. We handle things as they come. There’s no big hierarchy here, just a few of us doing the work. The bazaar is always noisy, which we’ve grown used to over time. We don't use fancy brochures to get people in. Most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood who have known us for years. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. It’s a simple setup. We track everything in our notebooks and on the computer. When the sun goes down, the market gets even busier, and that's usually when we start wrapping things up for the day. It’s a long day but we like being right in the heart of the city like this. It feels real and grounded to work in such a historic spot with people we know.
