Our office is at Ligh 44, Aphb Colony in the Balajinagar area of Kukatpally. It is a busy part of Hyderabad with many houses and small local shops. We spend our days planning various events and managing the bookings for the center. The office is often filled with paper maps, floor plans, and stacks of blue folders. We are constantly on the phone talking to vendors or decorators. It gets very chaotic when a big event is coming up soon. We have a small team here, and everyone does a bit of everything. One day we are checking the lighting, and the next we are dealing with catering issues or chair counts. Kukatpally is always crowded, so just getting to the office in the morning takes a lot of time. We have a small space where we meet with clients to talk about their event plans. It is not a very fancy office at all, just functional for what we need. We have a lot of old event photos pinned on the walls. The colony is quite lively and there is a market nearby where we go for supplies. We have been doing this work for a long time in this neighborhood. Sometimes things do not go as planned, like a rainy day during an outdoor setup, and we just have to figure it out. It is a lot of running around. We are just people who know how to put an event together.
