Cutomer Care Associate Rajiv Gandhi International Airport

We are located over in Secunderabad, at a place called Medibavi in Warasiguda. The house number is 12-10-586/3/2/1, which is a bit of a mouthful for anyone trying to find us. This is where we handle the customer care side of things for the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. Even though the airport is a good distance away, this is our home base. It’s a quiet enough area, mostly residential, which makes it a good place to focus on calls and emails. We have a small setup here with a few computers and a lot of headsets. Most of the staff are young people from around Sec-Bad who are looking to get their start in the travel industry. The commute to the actual airport can take a while, so we do a lot of the heavy lifting from this office. It’s not a fancy airport lounge. It’s just a room with desks and some posters on the wall that are peeling at the corners. We spend a lot of time explaining flight delays or helping people find their bags. It can be stressful when the airport is busy, but we just take it one call at a time. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the late shifts. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We aren't trying to impress anyone, we just want to get the callers the help they need. The work is steady and it keeps us busy.
