Customercare Executive

Down here at Plot No 43 in Kamalanagar, we run the Customercare Executive office. It’s right in the Vanasthalipuram area of Hyderabad, so it’s a busy part of town. We spend most of our time on the phones or replying to messages. It’s one of those jobs where you never quite know what the next call will bring. Some days are quiet, and other days the phones just won’t stop ringing. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and it’s become a bit like a second home to the staff. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a comfortable enough place to work. We have a small tea stall nearby where we all go during breaks to get away from the screens for a minute. It’s not a giant call center with hundreds of people, just a small team of us trying to help people out with their problems. We try to keep it professional but we’re all locals, so we talk to people like they’re our neighbors. Hyderabad-70 is where we’re based, and we like being part of this community. Sometimes the computers act up or the air conditioning struggles in the heat, but we make do. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just handling the daily customer service stuff that needs to get done. It’s simple, steady work, and we’re happy to be doing it here in Kamalanagar. That's just the way it is.
