Customer Service Representative

This is my home-based office at H.No 3-1-16/89 in S.V. Nagar, which is part of the Mallapur and Nacharam area here in Hyderabad. I work as a customer service representative, so my daily routine involves a lot of sitting at my desk and answering queries from people all over. It’s a quiet enough street most mornings, which helps when I need to concentrate on the calls. The house is a bit old, and I’ve set up my workspace in the front room so I can see what’s going on outside. Dealing with people can be tough sometimes because they only call when something is broken or wrong, but I do my best to talk them through it. I don't have any fancy corporate slogans to offer. I just listen and try to find a solution that works. My computer is a bit slow on rainy days, but I manage to get the work done. The neighbors in S.V. Nagar are friendly and we often chat over the wall during my lunch break. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way of working. I don’t have a big office or a team of people under me, just a phone line and a commitment to helping whoever is on the other end. It’s honest work and it keeps me busy from morning until evening. Living and working in the same place has its ups and downs, but it fits my life right now and I keep it simple.
