Customer Service Phone Banking Officer

This is the office for the Customer Service Phone Banking Officer located at Fl.No.106 in Vignan Towers. We are right on M N R College Lane in A S R Aju Nagar, Kphb. It is a busy part of Hyderabad and the building is usually full of people coming and going. Our office is on the first floor which is lucky because the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes. We have rows of desks with headsets and computers where we spend most of our shift. It is a lot of talking and typing all day long. The room can get quite warm with all the machines running so we try to keep the windows cracked open a little bit. We have a small break room where we keep our lunch boxes and a water cooler. The floor is that grey tile that always looks a bit dusty no matter how much it is cleaned. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just answering questions and fixing problems for people who call in. Sometimes the calls are easy and other times they take a long time to figure out. We have a whiteboard where we scrawl notes to each other about system updates or who is bringing snacks on Friday. It is just a regular workplace where we try to keep our heads down and get through the calls before it is time to go home to our families.
