Customer Service Executive

We operate out of Nanak Nivas, which is House Number 2-2-1167/3/56/4 in the Indra Nagar area of New Nallakunta. It is a bit of a long address to write down, but once you find the neighborhood in Hyderabad, it's not too hard to get to us. We are in a residential-style building, which makes the whole place feel more like a home than a stiff office. Our focus is on handling customer service tasks and making sure people get the help they need. We don't have a giant call center with thousands of people. It is just a small group of us sitting at our desks with our headsets on. The rooms are plain and we decorated them ourselves with a few plants here and there. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone and typing out emails. Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, but we try to keep a good attitude about it. We don't use scripts that make us sound like robots. We just talk to people like we would talk to our neighbors. The area around 500044 is pretty busy, and there are always people moving about outside. We like being in New Nallakunta because it feels like a real part of the city. We aren't some big anonymous corporation. We are just people working hard in a small office to keep things running smoothly for everyone who reaches out. We take things one day at a time here.
