Customer Service Agent

We have been at H.No-10-12/1 in Vinayaknagar for a while now. Most people around Balanager know the spot. It is just a regular house where we handle things as Customer Service Agents. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we just get on with it. We spend most of our time on calls or dealing with paperwork. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and the usual gear you need for this kind of work. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long shifts. It is funny how you get used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning starts early here. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just local folks doing a job. The address is pretty easy to find once you are in Vinayaknagar. We've got the basics covered. Not much else to say really. It is just a place of work where we try to keep things moving. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We keep our files organized and try to answer everyone who reaches out. It's a steady life here in Hyderabad. We don't have any flashy signs, just the number on the door. It works for us and the people we help.
