Customer Relation Officer

We are located over in Jangammed, right in the Falaknuma area of Hyderabad. It’s just a small spot, H.No: 18-2-228 to be exact. Most days it’s just a couple of us here trying to keep up with all the questions people have. You know how it is when things don’t go right with a service or a product and you just need someone to talk to. That’s basically what we do here at Customer Relation Officer. We sit at our desks, answer the phone, and try to make sense of the paperwork piled up. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room where we try to help out the folks who walk in. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to send someone down the street to get more, but we usually manage. People from around the neighborhood know where we are. We've been at this address for a bit now, and while it gets noisy outside with the traffic, it’s home for us. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything. We just listen to what people are complaining about or asking for and see what we can do. It’s practical work. No big speeches here. If you’re looking for us, look for the door near the main lane. We are usually here during the normal hours, unless someone had to step out for an errand. It’s just how things run.
