Customer Care

Our office is over in L.B. Nagar at Plot No 20 in the S.B.H. Colony. It’s a quiet enough area of Hyderabad, which is nice when you’re spending the whole day on the phone. We handle customer care, so our days are filled with listening to people’s problems and trying to find a way to fix them. It isn't always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. The office itself is just a regular room with several phones and computers set up on long tables. We have a small kitchen area where we eat our lunch and talk about things other than work. The colony is a decent place to be based, and we’ve been here for some time now. We don’t have any big marketing team or fancy branding. We just do the job that needs to be done. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait for it to come back, which can be frustrating when you have a lot of calls waiting. We aren’t some huge faceless corporation; we’re just a small group of people working together in this building. Every morning we walk in, grab our headsets, and start the day. It’s practical work, and we try to stay patient with everyone who calls. It’s just what we do here in Hyderabad. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to stay busy and helpful.
