Customer Care

Our small office is located at 22-2-489 in Noor Khan Bazar. If you are from Hyderabad, you know how crowded and lively this area can be. We call ourselves Customer Care because that is what we do here every day. People walk in from the street with all kinds of questions or things they need help with. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone coming and going. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk to folks. Living and working in Noor Khan Bazar means you get to know your neighbors pretty well. We’ve been at this address for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s an old part of the city, and we like being right in the middle of it. When someone has a problem, they just drop by. We don't use any complicated systems. It’s mostly just us listening and trying to figure out a solution. The building is simple, and the sign outside is easy to spot if you are walking through the bazaar. We stay open most days because there is always someone needing something. It's hard work sometimes, but being part of the local community here in Hyderabad makes it worth it. We just keep things moving and stay helpful.
