Customer Care

Our office is located at H.No 16-9-409P1322 in Old Malakpet. We are tucked away in Wahed Nagar Colony, right beside the Race Course. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time you come looking for us. Most people just look for the noise of the horses to know they are close. We handle customer care tasks from this small building. It isn’t a massive call center like you see on TV. It’s just a group of us sitting at desks with our headsets. We talk to people all day trying to sort out whatever issues they have with their services. The area around here is quite old and has a lot of character. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a big problem that everyone is calling about at once. We just take the calls one by one and try to be helpful. There’s a tea stall right outside where we usually go during our breaks to get away from the screens for a bit. The colony is mostly residential, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate office. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed even when the phones won't stop ringing. We just focus on the work and getting home on time.
