Customer Care Manager

We are based in Saidabad, over in Sri Sairam Colony. The house number is a bit of a mouthful, 16-2-751/93/A/2, so people sometimes have a hard time finding us the first time they visit. This is where we handle all the customer care management stuff. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting at desks with headsets and computers, trying to sort out whatever issues come our way. Hyderabad is a big city, and Saidabad is a pretty established area, so we get a lot of local calls. The office is set up in a way that’s more functional than pretty. We’ve got some filing cabinets that have seen better days and a water cooler that makes a lot of noise. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone, listening to their problems, and trying to find a way to fix things. It’s not always easy, especially when the lines are busy or the systems are slow. We don't use any scripts or fancy corporate talk here. We just talk to people like they are neighbors. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with notes and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just show up every morning, take the calls as they come, and try to finish our list before the day ends. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood where we try to be as helpful as possible.
