Customer Care Executive

This is where we handle the customer care side of things, located over in Yakuthpura, Hyderabad. The address is 17-7-645/2, which is tucked away in a part of the city that stays pretty crowded. Most of the day is spent answering calls and trying to help people with whatever issues they’ve got. It’s a lot of talking. Sometimes the lines are busy all day, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We aren't a big fancy call center with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller setup where we all know each other. The building is just a regular place, nothing flashy. We deal with various complaints and questions, and it can get a bit repetitive after a while. Hyderabad heat can make the office a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We take our tea breaks together when we can. It’s just a job where you have to be patient and listen to what someone is telling you on the other end of the line. Some days are harder than others when people are frustrated, but we just try to get through the list of tickets. We’ve been at this location for a bit now, and it works for us. It’s a simple routine, day in and day out. We just do the work.
