Customer Care Executive

Our office is located at Hno 1-8-844/1 in Sri Ram Nagar, Nallakunta. It is a busy part of Hyderabad, and we have been operating out of this house for a while. We call ourselves Customer Care Executive, but really we are just a small group of people who handle calls and emails all day. It’s not a fancy corporate building with a lobby. It is more like a converted home where we set up our desks and computers. The phones start ringing pretty early in the morning and they don't really stop until we close up in the evening. We deal with all sorts of questions and complaints. Some people are frustrated, and some are just confused. We just try to talk them through it. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea or coffee when we get a break. The walls are a bit plain, and we have a few filing cabinets tucked in the corner. Nallakunta is a nice neighborhood, very lived-in and active. You can hear the sounds of the street from the windows. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but you get used to it. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here. It is just a job where we talk to people and try to solve some problems. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just show up, do our shift, and head home. It’s a simple life.
