You can find us at Customer Care Exe, which is located in Flat No 205 of the Vivekananda Residency. We are right opposite the street where the veterinary hospital is in Kukatpally, Hyderabad-5000050. It’s a busy part of Andhrapradesh, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. Since we are in a flat, it doesn’t feel like a typical office. It’s more like a living space that’s been filled with computers and phones. We spend our shifts talking to people and trying to help them with whatever problems they’re having. It’s a lot of listening and typing notes into our systems. The residency building is a bit older, so the hallways are narrow and the lighting can be a bit dim. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and take our breaks. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we’re used to the chatter. We don’t have any big corporate logos on the walls or fancy furniture. It’s just a practical place where we work hard to get through the daily pile of calls and emails. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and the people in the other flats know us as the quiet group on the second floor. It’s a straightforward job, and we just try to do it as best we can every day.
