We have been handling travel stuff from our two main spots for a long time. One is over in Vivek Durgabai Deshmukh Colony in Hyderabad, at house number 2-2-12/4, and the other is up in Thane at the Pushkaraj Society on V.S Marg. It might seem like a lot of distance between them, but we manage. Most of our days are spent on the phone or typing away at old keyboards to get tour details sorted for whoever walks in. It is a bit of a messy job sometimes with all the paperwork and different time zones we have to track. The office in Hyderabad is usually buzzing with local talk, while the Thane side stays busy with the Maharashtra crowd. We aren't a big, shiny operation with fancy uniforms. We are just regular people who know a lot about trains, planes, and hotels. Sometimes we get the addresses a bit mixed up on the forms, but we always straighten it out. People come to us because they know we have been around the block and won't give them a hard time. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at screens, but when a trip goes right, it feels like we did something good.
