You can find us right near the Nampally Government Hospital in Hyderabad. We’re located at H.No:11-2-372 and 374, which are two buildings that we’ve been using for quite some time now. Nampally is an old part of the city and it has a lot of character. We deal with all sorts of things here, from people walking in with questions to handling the maintenance of the property. It’s a lot of steps every day because the building is spread out. The Hyderabad heat can be tough, especially in the middle of the afternoon, so we try to get the heavy work done early. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here for decades and some newer faces. We don't really have a lot of formal meetings. Most of our decisions are made while we're standing in the hallway or grabbing a quick lunch. It’s a very practical way to run things. We see a lot of activity because of the hospital nearby, so there’s always noise and movement outside. We just focus on keeping our space clean and making sure the visitors get what they need. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We take care of the small details so the bigger things don't fall apart. It's just what we do every day. We don't make a big deal out of it, we just keep the place open and working as best as we can.
