We are located in Bharat Nagar Colony, which is in the Attapur area near Mehdipatnam. Our office is in a regular house at H. No. 4-1-172/3. It doesn't look like a big office building from the outside, which we actually kind of like. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood. We have been here for a good amount of time and most of the locals know where we are. Inside, we have our desks set up and we handle all the memberships and inquiries that come our way. It gets pretty busy, especially on weekends when people have more time to call or visit. We aren't using any big scripts or fancy talk. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors because many of them are. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in Hyderabad for a long time, so we know the city well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. It's a straightforward job and we try to do it honestly. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just want to get the work done and help the people who come to us. It's a humble place but it works for us. We enjoy the pace of life in this part of Attapur.
