We are not in a traditional office building but in an apartment flat, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed and less like a corporate environment. It is just a regular flat where we have set up some desks and computers to run Commiee. We have been here for a while and it works well enough for us. Because we are a small team, we even use a simple email address like Koteswarbokka@Yahoo.Co.In to stay in touch with everyone. Redhills is a very central part of Hyderabad, so there is always a lot of movement and noise outside. The roads can be a bit narrow and finding a place to park is often a bit of a nightmare, but that is just life in this part of the city. Inside the flat, it is pretty quiet compared to the street noise. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big meeting room. We just sit at our desks and get through the work each day. It is a very honest and practical way to operate without spending a lot on things that do not really matter for our daily tasks.
