Our office is at H.No 12-11-1164 in Boudhanagar, which is part of the Warasiguda area in Secunderabad. Club Mahindra Resorts Limited runs things from this house, and it’s a fairly busy place most days. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their vacation plans and making sure the resort bookings are all lined up correctly. The neighborhood is a regular residential part of town, so we fit right in with the houses around us. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just a local spot where we can sit down and work through the lists. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come by to ask questions in person. Usually, we are just busy on the phones or typing away on the computers to update the system. Some days the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it goes sometimes. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where to find us. We don't use any fancy talk; we just tell people what's available and help them figure out their trips. It’s a lot of checking dates and confirming details over and over. It's a steady job and we like the area because it's easy to get to. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the paperwork is done right. We have a lot of tea and keep at it.
