Chiraan Fort,Begumpet Hyderabad

I work as the Manager of Food and Beverage over at Chiraan Fort in Begumpet, Hyderabad. This place has been around for a while and it sits right in the middle of a very busy part of the city. My day usually starts with checking the inventory and seeing what the kitchen needs for the upcoming shifts. Since we are in Chiraan Fort, there is always something going on, whether it is a small gathering or just people coming in for a meal. It is a unique spot because of the old style of the building, which gives it a different feel than the modern restaurants you see popping up everywhere else in Begumpet. I spend a lot of my time on my feet, moving between the dining area and the back of the house to make sure everything is where it should be. We don't have any complicated corporate rules here; we just try to get the food out on time and keep the tables clear. It can get pretty loud and hot in the kitchen when things are moving fast, but that is just part of the job. I’ve been handling the food and beverage side for a while now, and you learn to expect the unexpected. It’s a real place with real challenges, and we just do our best to keep things running smoothly for everyone who visits. There is always something to fix or a new order to place.
