Chef

Our place, Chef, is tucked away in Haripuri Colony. We are at House Number 13-861, which is the home of Msz. C. Bose. It is a residential area, so it feels very much like a home to all of us. We aren't a big factory or one of those shiny corporate kitchens you see on TV. It is a modest setup where we focus on what we are doing with our hands. Hyderabad has a lot of big names, but we are happy being a smaller part of the city. We work out of this spot every day, and it usually smells like whatever we are cooking up or working on at the time. It is a bit of a local secret, I guess you could say. We don't spend any money on billboards or radio spots. Most people hear about us from their friends or family. We just try to keep things clean and keep the quality where it should be. The staff is small, just a few of us who have been together for a long time. We know each other's habits and exactly how we like our tea in the afternoon. It is a comfortable place to spend the day. We don't have fancy titles or a big boss in a suit telling us what to do. We just get the jobs done and go home to our families. We don't really have a big menu, just what's fresh and good for the day. It is a simple way to run things.
