You can find Chalapati Real Estates at 205 in the Happy Homes Avenue building. It’s right on the Ring Road in Hyderabad, which is a very busy part of the city. We spend most of our time in this small office dealing with property papers and maps. The Ring Road is always full of traffic, so it can get pretty loud and dusty around here. We work on finding plots of land or houses for people who live in this area. It’s mostly just us and a few files, nothing very corporate or high-tech. People stop by to ask about land prices or to see if we have any new listings on the boards. We spend a lot of our day out of the office, actually going to look at sites or meeting people at their property. Because of that, the office is sometimes empty during the day. We have a couple of old fans that keep us cool during the Hyderabad summers. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with the local land offices, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve seen a lot of changes on the Ring Road over the years as more buildings go up. We just keep doing our thing, helping folks figure out where they want to buy or sell. It’s a plain and simple business, and we’ve been at it from this same spot for a good while now.
