C.D.P Bakary&Confectionary In Sarovar Hotel'S And Resorts

Our place is at Rajpalsingh Iv Phase H.Ig.212 in the A.P.H.B Colony. It's tucked away in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Being part of the C.D.P Bakary&Confectionary side for Sarovar Hotel'S And Resorts means there is always something going on. The colony itself is quite busy most days. You have all these people living nearby and the traffic never really stops in this part of Hyderabad. We aren't in a big mall or a flashy storefront, just this spot in the colony. The ovens get hot and the smell of bread usually fills the air around the H.Ig.212 building. It's a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking batches. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s more about the flour on the aprons and making sure the orders are ready for the resorts. Some of the neighbors stop by sometimes just to say hello. It feels like a local shop even though we are tied to the bigger hotel group. Gachibowli has changed a lot over the years with all the new buildings, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just show up, do the baking, and go home when the work is finished. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till late. There is always a mess to clean up at the end of the shift, but that is just how a bakery goes. We just keep the ovens running.
