Our office is right here on Police Line in Secunderabad. If you know the 1-17-293 building, that is where you will find us. We have been working out of this spot for a long time now. Most of the day is spent looking at travel routes and trying to figure out the best way to get people from one city to another without too much trouble. The phones ring quite a bit, and sometimes three of us are talking at once, which makes the small room feel even smaller. It is a bit loud outside because of the traffic on the main road, but we are used to it by now. We don't have fancy posters or big screens everywhere. It is mostly just maps, computer screens, and a lot of notebooks where we jot down names and dates. People come in looking for help with their trips, and we just do our best to find an answer. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a minute while the page loads. We grab lunch from the nearby stalls when we get a chance. It is a simple setup. We focus on the tickets and the bookings and making sure the dates are correct. There isn't much more to it than that. We just keep things moving and help whoever walks through the door at 500003.
