Captain, Sarovar Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts (Isb) Hyderabad

We are based at 18/46 Palinappa Main Street in Madhavaram, which is up in the northern part of Chennai. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of local shops and families. Our building is right there on the main street, so it’s easy to find if you know the area. We do a lot of coordinating from this office. It’s not a very big space, and it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. Chennai weather is usually quite humid, so we try to keep things comfortable inside. We handle things for Captain, Sarovar Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts (Isb) Hyderabad, even though we are here in Madhavaram. There’s always a lot of paperwork on the desks and phones ringing. We aren't trying to be fancy or pretend we are in some big high-rise. It’s just a regular office on a regular street. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit much, but we just close the windows. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know the routine. It’s about getting the details right and making sure everything is tracked correctly. We don't spend time on big meetings or long speeches. We just get through the pile of work on the desk. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We like being in this part of Chennai because it feels real and grounded. It’s just where we do our business every day.
