Call Center

We are based at 18-3-463/1/85 in Shivaji Nagar, right near Rajanabowli in the Aliyabad area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of the city, 500053. Working in a call center means we are almost always on the clock. You can hear the hum of voices and keyboards clicking from the moment you walk inside. It is not the most glamorous job, sitting with a headset on for hours, but it’s what we do. The office is tucked away in a spot that might be hard to find if you don't know the landmarks. We have our little desks lined up and everyone has their own space to work. The air conditioning is usually running pretty high to keep the equipment cool. During our lunch breaks, many of us head out into the Shivaji Nagar streets to grab a quick bite. It’s a very local feel here. We aren't some giant international corporation with a thousand floors. We are just a group of people answering calls and helping folks out with whatever they need. It gets noisy sometimes when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to it after a week or two. We try to keep things organized so nobody gets too stressed out. It’s a steady job in a busy neighborhood, and we just show up and do our bit every day.
