Our office for B.J.Group Of Hotels Pvt Ltd is at House No:6-3-74/609 in Anand Nagar Colony. This is in Khairatabad, Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and the colony itself has a lot of houses and small businesses. Our spot is just one of many in the area. It’s a bit of a maze to find the house number if you aren't familiar with how the streets are laid out here. The office is inside the house, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have our desks in what used to be a living room. It’s a bit tight when we have all the files out, but it’s manageable. We don’t have any fancy hotel decorations here; it’s all just paperwork and computers. Outside, you can hear the sounds of Hyderabad—the traffic, the people walking by, and the general hum of the city. We’ve been here in Anand Nagar for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well. We don't have a big staff or a fancy boardroom. We just sit around the table and figure things out as they come. It’s a very practical way of doing things. No one wears suits or anything like that. We just come in, do the job, and go home to our families. It’s just us at 6-3-74/609, working away every day.
