Billing Operator

Billing Operator is based right here in Hyderabad, though we don't have a massive sign out front or anything. It’s a pretty straightforward operation where we handle a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps things running for others. Hyderabad is a big place, but we’ve managed to find a rhythm in our daily routine. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and the hum of the computers. It’s not the most exciting work, but someone has to do it. We deal with a lot of numbers and spreadsheets all day long. Sometimes we lose track of time when the workload gets heavy. The coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the room besides the keyboards. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished lobby. It’s just a bunch of desks in a room where we get through the stacks of billing work that comes in. We like the local food around here, so lunch breaks are usually the highlight of the day. It’s just a normal job with normal people. We try to stay on top of the files, but things can get a bit messy during the end of the month. That’s just the nature of billing, I suppose. We’ve stayed in Hyderabad because it’s where we started and it feels like home. Nothing fancy, just hard work and a lot of patience with the systems we use every day.
